1. Reinforced cement products: non-woven fiberglass netting treated with alkali resistance (such as impregnated with modified acrylate) or mesh made of AR glass fiber can replace steel wire reinforced cement products, such as adding them to concrete to make thin plates , which can prevent the concrete slab from breaking due to bending and impact. Wall anti-crack reinforcement: The alkali-resistant non-woven fiberglass netting has good anti-crack and reinforcement effects for the inner and outer walls of houses and other buildings or new lightweight wall panels. In a thin plaster layer, the fiberglass mesh spreads the external material over the entire surface causing tension to prevent crack formation. In the thick plaster layer, the fiberglass mesh acts as a reinforcement to prevent the movement of the inner layer material (bricks, prefabricated boards, lightweight blocks, etc.) and cause cracks. According to the granularity of the stucco, meshes with different mesh sizes can be selected. Coarse stucco needs thin mesh cloth, fine plaster needs dense mesh cloth. Reinforcement of new lightweight wall panels with fiberglass cloth can improve the strength, impact resistance and fire resistance of the wall panels.
3. 4. Waterproof material: Non woven fiberglass netting can be used as waterproof material for new and old layers after being coated with asphalt. Similarly, glass fiber mesh can also be coated with organic resin to form the roof waterproof layer of new and old houses with asphalt, tar or cement. Fiberglass mesh is also used to reinforce cast-in-place epoxy bitumen or acrylic resin waterproofing membranes. Irregular surfaces or slopes can be reinforced with special mesh made of glass fiber bulk yarn. This mesh effectively absorbs the waterproofing material, preventing it from dripping and helping it distribute it evenly.
5. Roof material: non-woven fiberglass netting is a corrugated board that is impregnated with polyethylene resin and then laminated, which can be used as a simple outdoor roof. In addition to maintaining the original color of the raw material, it can also be colored to make various colored plates. The film made of glass fiber mesh and PTFE film has good light transmittance and light resistance, and can be used as canopy and skylight.
6. Floor material: The floor of the industrial plant made of epoxy or polyurethane resin is reinforced with uncoated glass fiber mesh, which can improve the mechanical strength of the floor. The mesh is soft and adaptable to a variety of surfaces. The fibers are loose, which is conducive to absorbing resin. This mesh should be laid on the primer resin. Non woven fiberglass netting can also be used as a backing for floor tiles, carpets and as a screed material when refinishing floors.
